The Guildhall Insolvency Team are pleased to host their 9th annual seminar in Bristol on Wednesday 12th June. We are delighted to welcome Mr Registrar Jones, High Court Bankruptcy Registrar as Chairman and Catherine Burton from DLA Piper as one of the guest speakers. This topical and distinctive one-day seminar will cover practical insolvency issues from a year in the life of administration to proprietary and personal claims against third parties and voluntary arrangements. Delegates will also benefit from a spotlight on receivers looking at the uneasy relationship between receivers, lenders and debtors. The seminar will finish with a repeat of last year’s incredibly successful insolvency themed “Who wants to be a millionaire?” followed by drinks in the Watershed bar.
